What Causes Numbness In The Hands And Lightheadedness?
Hello, 3 days ago I woke up fine and then started to feel funny, light headed as if I was going to pass out and then numbness in my hands I ate something and it did not go away until I laid down for hours, today I ate late and immediately started to feel the same way strange, numbness, in my hands and feeling anxious. Could this be Diabetes? I have increased my water intake thinking it could possibly be dehydration
Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
As per your explanation here it could be related to cervical spine or vitamins b deficiency. You need to check do you have any cervical spine discomfort or pain. If yes then check with ortho and physio get the mri of cervical spine and plan the treatment. If no cervical discomfort then I suggest to check with physio and take the upper limb nerve stretch exercise and they will also help you to know what it is by doing some physiological tests. But diabetes will also have symptoms like urinating again and again, feeling more thirst, as well getting tired very soon with little work also, and feeling lazy eating more aspecialy sweets. Now you can compare your symptoms and take a call. Hope this was useful to you. Take care.
