What Causes Numbness In The Legs And Feet?

I am just searching for answers. I had surgery for stenosis 1 and 1/2 years ago. My legs and feet have more numbness now than before. The surgery was considered successful, so wondering what I can do next. Some of the nerve pain has been relieved, but not all. YYYY@YYYY Thank you.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that physiotherapy is the main treatment for your problems. Unfortunately there is no special drug for this disorder. I would also recommend performing nerve conduction studies to examine your nerves and a new spine MRI. For the numbness, I would suggest treatment with Gabapentin or Pregabaline. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
