Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your friends symptoms are suggestive of TIA (transient ischemic attacks). For this reason, I would recommend consulting with his GP and performing some tests:

-a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries
- an ECG Holter monitoring to investigate for cardiac arrhythmia
- a cardiac ultrasound
- blood lipid profile
- fasting glucose
- kidney and liver function tests
- a brain angio MRI or angio CT scan.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Best regards!
