Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As I see the history it sounds to me of Lumbar Radiculopathy. There will be a nerve root entrapment in the lumbar spine leading to symptoms. Doing McKenzie maneuver will help centralise the pain and reduce the symptoms. Use hot water fermentation for diluting the pain. You can find about McKenzie maneuver online. It's widely available. Post this do core stability, lumbar spinal muscle strengthening exercises and lower limb strengthening for good posture and to avoid any pathology.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases with lumbar Radiculopathy are better helped with conservative management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
