Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I think you may be having cervical spondylitis with nerve compression in the neck. It causes pain in shoulder, elbow and with that it cause tingling sensation. Diagnosis can be done with a neurological examination. Doctor may advised you to get MRI.
Till you get these test I would recommend you to avoid any neck banding activity, jerky movements or travelling. Avoid using very high pillow or keeping your neck in front of TV for long time.
You can take tablet PregabalinM after discussing with your doctor. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.
