What Causes Numbness Of Tongue, Lips And Face With Diarrhea?

for two weeks, I have had numbness of my tongue, lips, and my face, diarrhea everytime I eat, lightheadedness, shortness of breath(I am on a nebulizer for asthma & wheezing). Tried removing various medications with the help of my GP, but nothing is helping.
