General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your doctor, I would advise for a thyroid function test and a routine blood sugar test for you. If these are normal, I would refer you to a Neurologist in the area to rule out any other neurological problems related to it. In case of any abnormality of the results, treatment of the condition might give you relief.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
