What Causes Numbness On One Side Of The Face?

Yes, I have been in good health. But, today...my left side of my face is sort of numb. I can t blink my left eye by itself and my smile is hard to make on my left side of my face. I m tired...but am wondering what is happening. I ve taken advil. I thought that maybe I m having some reaction to gasoline/gasoline treatment which I handled this morning...and maybe I touched my face with my gloves that may have been wet. I m not really a worrier, but I m a little worried.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, you seem to be having a facial palsy, this will need immediate attention by a neurologist and may be steroid short course may be required in your case if the consultant feels important.
I hope I have been able to provide you with a satisfactory solution, if you want to clear any doubts about my opinion, feel free to contact.
Special note- Any medication prescribed needs to be taken after consultation with your personal doctor only.
