What Causes Numbness On The Cheeks, Sore Hands And Wrists With Crohns Disease?
I have crohns disease. Im very light headed and have numbness/tingling in my cheeks and chin. I have also had very sore hands and wrists of late but I have been working out a lot with weights and my own body resistance (pilates). Could I have a B12 deficiency or neuropathy?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have stated are nothing to take anything with the crohn's disease, but it seems to be fibromyalgia, neither it is the vitamin B 12 deficiency, but try to come out of the stress, because the symptoms stated here could be functional one, hope this information helps.
