What Causes Nystagmus,loss Of Balance And Body Tremors?

My doctor thinks my recurring and progressing symptoms are caused by MS, (gait, nystagmus, balance,speech, tremor, sensory, muscle spasms, fatigue, romberg s, conus, cognitive changes) MRI looking for MS found lesions in the white matter & deep white matter, inconsistant for my age of Thank you in advance

Well, you don't say what your age is and since you give not much detail on how these symptoms appeared and progressed over time I can say only that yes, that constellation of symptoms can typically be present in a MS patient.
I suppose your doctors have found that your clinical and MRI data completely fulfill the diagnostic criteria for MS or otherwise they would've asked for other tests like lumbar puncture to analyse the cerebrospinal fluid.
