What Causes Occult Blood Positive In Stool Test Result?

Hi Dr. In my stool result, occult blood was positive. Please let me know why its, and i have a pain in my right abdomen. Appendicitis surgery was done 5years back, and i was undergoing gastric treatment for few months. Motion is irregular for me, daily 6-7 times i have to pass motion. i am having some kind of pain in the lower abdomen,and the some pain with testicles. Iam advised to do colonoscopy. No weight loss, apetite is good, blood results are fine. please advice, am tensed.. Thank you.
