What Causes On And Off Spotting, Cramps And Nausea When Pregnancy Test Is Negative?
I have been on and off spotting fo eight days. It started 4 days before my period was suppose to start. My period has been normally before this. Still havent seen my period only on and off spotting, minor cramps every now and then, and nausea. Took a home pregnancy test but it was negative. Do you know what may be going on?

The spotting is likely to be scanty menstruation, even then possibility of implantation bleeding cannot be ruled out.
I would suggest you to repeat pregnancy test 2-3 days after the date of missing periods
