I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about head ache.
As per your history the head ache seems to migraine type.
As you said you have thyroid history and are taking medication. You didn't mention which thyroid problem you had,
hyperthyroidism or
hypothyroidism.
But both the cases there are chances of Hypotension and
hypertension, both these problems can cause migraine.
You need to check your blood pressure on three to four different mornings and get your medicine dosage adjusted to prevent the chronic headache.
Also avoid sudden movement from bed during morning, after awaking from sleep be there on bed in upright position for some time.
You can take
over the counter medication like
paracetamol for pain relief.
Also you need to have a general physician consultation for more evaluation.
