What Causes One To Feel That Everything Is Dark Followed By Dizziness?

Today while talking with a friend I started very dizzy and everything started to get black. I felt as though I was gonna pass out and got scared. I checked my blood pressure about 30 minutes later and it was 168/98 and pulse was 107. I'm a 47 year old white female weighing 150 lbs 5'4"

Hi
it could be a transient ischaemic attack
as such your blood pressure is on higher side
if such a patient comes to me in my clinic i wold have advised him a battery of tests to establishment for cause of hypertension and looked for any end organ damage.
get your lipid profile and blood sugar tested
please visit to a cardiologist before it aggravates further.
