Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, the symptoms you are showing are due to a phenomenon called as Reynaulds phenomenon where in the small vessels get constricted on getting cold stimulus. protection from cold of the fingers and toes is the best thing that you can do, certain other associated illness like arthritis has to be ruled out if you have joint pains, watch for other symptoms, but in many cases this can be idiopathic which means without any known cause.
