What Causes Oozing Of Fluid From A Hole In Ear In A Child?

My baby is now six months and she was born with a tiny hole on her ear at the top the area where the hole is is much more bigger than the other ear and today i seen something trying to come out so i pressed it and alllooot of white stuff came squeezing out like a black head or something what is it

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. If i understand correctly the location of opening just above the external ear, it is called preauricular sinus. The needs to be removed otherwise child will get recurrent infection. Removal becomes difficult. I suggest you to consult pediatric surgeon for further examination and advice.
