Hello,

Orange oil may be due to fat malabsorption or acute gastroenteritis or colitis or pruritis ano etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done stool examination and microscopy. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet sporulac thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
