What Causes Orgasm Without Ejaculation?

I have been recently diagnosed with kidney stones and on meds for a kidney infection. Just because i m in this situation, doesn t make me any less horny and as a result needed to masturbate. My concern is i felt an orgasm or relief but no semen came out?????? is this bad?

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have kidney stone and have been prescribed medication .Normally most of the time a drug called Tomsulosin is prescribed to help to pass the stone out spontaneously ..

The Tomsulosin is a smooth muscle relaxant and relaxes ureter as well as bladder neck During ejaculation this relaxed and opened bladder neck results in to semen enters backward in to bladder rather than entering forward in to urethra This is called as Retrograde ejaculation .

Do not worry this will get resolved once you stop taking Tomsulosin .
