What Causes Orgasmic Sensation At The End Of Urination?

I have been very sexually active I did not have a October period and November haven t showed up yet either. Recently when I pee towards the end it feels like a orgasm sensation Im not sure what is wrong and is afraid to ask someone for help. I also recently just started napping throughout the day.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. It may happen sometimes that you have sensation like organisam at time of urination. There is nothing to worry about that. But you should go for ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder once to rule out any obstruction or other pathology.
