General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, there are various types of incontinence as stress, urge, overflow incontinence.
* Kindly provide all details of incontinence, so that particular matter can be figured out for the same.

For ovarian pain, primary relief with analgesic or anti spasmodic medications and get a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis done for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
