What Causes Pain After Urinating?

im a lady aged 32. hve pain after urinating. my cervix is closed, red & inflammed. hve gone for urine & blood test & nothing seems to be dignosed. USS OF URINARY bladder mentioned no acute inflammatory changes, mass lesions in the walls or calculi in the lumen are seen. what really could be the problem?
