I am a 23 year old male who cannot seem to hold my urine. Whenever I get the urge to go, I have to go immediately. It is a complete rush to the bathroom. When I have finished peeing there is sometimes a slight pain at the tail end of the stream. I have also wet the bed during my sleep twice in the last year.
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. It appears you are not taking fluids well and possibly you are passing concentrated urine. 2. Concentrated urine burns the tip of the urethra commonly and hence you are feeling pain after urinating. However, get an urine examination to look for urinary tract infection. 3. Twice bed wetting in past year is not to be worried about. It is possibly related to stress and dreams. If recurrent episodes, it needs to be worried out. For the present query, take good amount of water. Dilute urine will reduce pain and also future risk of infection. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
