What Causes Pain All Over The Body, Dizziness And Nausea?

I ve had pain in body everywhere for five months. It comes and goes, is completely random, and varies from excruciating pain, to a dull ache. The pain has been in my lower back and spine, arms, neck, head, legs, stomach, face, and all of my joints. I have seen a rheumatologist who said I do not have rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia. Blood tests say I am fine, but the pain is persistent, along with dizziness, fatigue, and slight nausea.

Hello,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I think you are having muscle generalized pain all over the body. In my opinion these pains are likely to be due to vitamins and trace element deficiency specially that of vitamin D.
I will suggest you to got following test to see cause (if these are not done earlier).
1.Serum Vitamin D
2.Serum Vitamin B12
3.T3,T4,TSH(Thyroid profile)
4.Blood sugar fasting and PP
5.Hb
Furthermore Empirically treat my such patients by:-
1.EVION LC
2.VITAMINE D3(if it is low)
3.VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND VITAMIN C
4.CALCIUM
5.Mecobalmine
6.ANALGESICS SUCH AS DICLOFENAC for pain relief.
