What Causes Pain And Aching Sensation In Left Arm?

Hi, I have had pains and aching sensation in my left arm, its seems 2 be along the veins from just under my armpit to the knuckle on my index finger. I have had blood tests, xrays and venous u.s doppler all coming back as normal. It is constant and very painful, would you be able to steer me in a direction of what this might be??
