Hello and welcome to Healthcaremagic.com I have seen your query here.
* As per my surgical experience, this indicates possible residual pelvic inflammation after surgery, which gives pain during menses with blood during urination. * In our clinic, I recommend, thorough work up with lab tests, ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis with or without CT scan according to the clinical concern.
Would like to have follow up of the case as per your convenience. Thank you.
