Stomach pain and bloating after eating a bowl of rice crispies with blueberries is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.
You should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen if not done previously.
Meanwhile, you should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.
Your nearby GP may prescribe it.
Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.
I expect that you start getting better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.
If symptoms persists then see a physician or gastroenterologist who may advice you upper GI endoscopy and will give you further advice accordingly.
