What Causes Pain And Cracking Noise In Knees While Squatting?
hi! I am trying to start back exercising after years of no exercise at all, Im noticing when I do squats or climb stairs my knees make a cracking noise and hurt, im wondering am i too heavy and need to drop weight before doing those types of exercises YYYY@YYYY
As you are planning to start the exercises again, I will recommend making your own prescription now. First, assess your body. Which muscles are weak and which area needs more workout. Then, always start exercising with the mat exercises which includes simple leg raise, hand raise, static quads, static hams, static triceps and static biceps, breathing and core stability. Post which starts with simple standing exercise. Then proceed to aerobics and then to anaerobics. Planning the exercises before hand step by step is always good than trying just the articles. Any damage occurred is non-reversible. So with many precautions start the exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
