What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Arms And Hands?

Every time I try to go to sleep or just lie down on the couch, I get pain and discomfort in both arms and hands. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and it prevents me from sleeping. If started three years ago as pins and needles but it feels like it is getting much worse what can this be from?

Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of nerve compression due to cervical disc bulge.
Nerve root compression will lead to tingling numbness in arm.
I will advise you MRI spine.
If required EMG NCV study will help.
Physiotherapy like tens and ultrasound will help you.
avoid factors leading to stress on neck.
