What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Stomach?

I have been having these attacks where I feel like someone kicked me in my stomach. I cannot stand up straight and it hurts to breathe. I feel like I did an ab work out. I have to hold my stomach in a crunch hold and not really move or it feels work. The pain is unbearable and I do not know what to do with myself. I take anti acids and they do not work. I have had an xray of my stomach which came back normal. The attacks last from anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. When I take benadryl it seems to go away faster.

Appreciate your query, if this is spasmodic pain then it may be due to smooth muscle spasm, it may be colic due to intestine, biliary colic, renal colic, it may be intestinal pathologies like infection and inflammatory disease, all these needs investigations, if the tests are unremarkable then the symptoms may be due to some functional condition.
I would suggest to get done the ultrasonography test, till then I would suggest to have Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day.
