General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms are indicative for urinary tract infection. Should run urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity testing to determine the infection and appropriate treatment.

If you are not circumcised, I advise to consult with urologist to exclude phymosis and related genital infection.

You might need prescription oral antibiotics, urine alkalizers, and your urologist will decide if you need circumcision.

I advise to drink more water (to avoid highly concentrated urine) together with specific treatment as mentioned earlier.

Wish fast recovery!
