hi im having server lower left abdominal pain with fullness and i feel like i need to have a bm, but the problem is if i try the pain gets worse and i am unable to have one. now the pain in going from abdomen to anal and vaginal area like sharp knives....help

HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain with feeling of defecation could be the sign of urinary stone in lower area of urinary system and that needs to be ruled out plain x-ray abdomen is advisable, with complete urine laboratory examination, I would advise to start the Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day with Dicyclomine three times in day drink more water, hope this information helps.
