What Causes Pain And Growling In Stomach After Eating?

no matter what i eat..in about two hours or less my stomach is intensely growling and sometimes painful even though i may not always be hungry. what is this caused by? fast metabolism, acid reflux, stomach ulcer or other? how do i treat the problem? thanks
