What Causes Pain And Lack Of Pressure During Bowels?

I am 52, female. Had this urge to pee and defecate 3 weeks ago. Had to literally sit on the toilet for 5 hours. Wanted to go see a doctor. Suddenly it seemed to disappear. 2 days ago saw my family doctor and did a urine test. Negative. Today upon waking up the same symptoms. Taking Celebrex for 3 days already for rotator cuff pain, tennis elbow & carpal tunnel. The pain is still there. No help. So these 2 things make me so miserable.
