Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having cervical spondylitis as it is common in your age. You have compressive symptoms due to this in the form of numbness. It's treatment is Diacerine, glucosamine, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You are advised to use thin pillow or no pillow at all. It can be confirmed by x ray cevical spine . MRI confirms compression. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
