What Causes Pain And Numbness In Forearms?

About eight years ago, I was diagnosed with sjogren s syndrome, Raynaud s,sicca, and definitely poly arthritis. I ve recently developed neuropathies in my arms, hands as well as Trigeminal Neuralgia. I also have Carpal Tunnel in Left arm/wrist. I am an ultrasound technician and have been for 13 years, therefore, the Carpal was inevitable considering I annotate (type) with my Left hand and I scan with the right. For the past couple of months I ve been experiencing HORRIBLE pain and some numbness in my right forearm. Last night it started again and has been continuous til this very moment. I got so bad that I almost call 911 even though the hospital is literally across the street from me, but I knew I was unable to drive because it hurts so bad and it will not stop. I ve taken my Tramadol, and Amitriptyline but it s not subsiding. I m pretty miserable. Can someone PLEASE help me?
