What Causes Pain And Numbness In Front Portion Of Right Elbow Area?

about a momth ago I woke up with pain in my front portion of my right elbow area. It has caused loss of full function as I can hardley use a hand held stapler. it feels weak and painful when I use my right hand. I thought I slept on it wrong and it was just bad circulation, but it will not get better. it gets worse when I bend my arm which I do when I sleep. Do you know what could cause this weaness and numb feeling?

I think you might be having tennis elbow .I would like to suggest you to show it to a sports medicine expert. You should wear tennis elbow support. Hot water fomentation and volini gel will be helpful fpor you. Some time there is need of steroid injection.
