What Causes Pain And Numbness In Shoulder After Vaccination?

Hello i was in hospital several weeks ago and was receiving morphine sub cut injections in my left and right shoulders. After the week and i had returned home i noticed my left arm below the shoulder was numb and still is slightly and extremely painfull as if it is bruised on the inside. Is this normal?
