What Causes Pain And Numbness In Toe?

The toe next to my pinkie on my left foot goes numb and tingles and even hurts sometimes. I wear flats all the times. It seems to happen more with enclosed shoes like tennis shoes - even if they are worn loosely, It goes away if I massage my feet.

Hello, Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you want to know cause of your left toe numbness.You should rule out diabetes ,so check your fasting and 2 hours after meal blood sugar check to rule out diabetes.Another cause can be vitamin B-12 deficiency,so you checked your vitamin B-12 serum level.Another local cause is Morten's metatarsalgia, it is excluded by sonography of foot .I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
