What Causes Pain And Pressure In Head While Brushing Hair?

I was brushing my hair and while I was doing that? I experienced a sharp pain and felt my neck Crack with each stroke of the brush. I felt super worried about it and I decided to lay down. I have felt dizzy and a lot of pressure in my head since I ve layer down and I am super worried. Is something serious going on? Please help!

Hi, severe pressure in head with neck pain while brushing can be due to intracranial pathology.
As it is sudden , I advise you to do Mri brain with cervical spine.Thanks
