What Causes Pain And Shortness Of Breath Due To A Fall?

My son had a fall dwon on stairs, the back pain was recovered in three days, but he always feel pain and short of breath in his stomuch when he try to sun or jump. He had no pain doing deep breath, X ray showed no fracture on rib and spine . What could hurt his stomuch? is it possible there is bruise on his stomach cuase by hard falling? How to help recovering ? thanks

Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated. You have to get an X-ray chest to rule out possible rib fracture as it can present with similar symptoms.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
