What Causes Pain And Something Blocking Feeling At The End Of Urination?

Hey. I just got out of the hospital about 3 weeks ago from surgery and now on the road to recovery. I've experienced a slight burning pain before (even in the hospital where they checked a urine sample, but didnt see anything) but what i experienced last night and this morning was new. When I start to urinate its fine, but near the end it feels like my urniary track closes and opens. As if something is blocking the way, followed with a little pain that subsides in about 10 min. This morning, when I went, a chunk of something solid and white came out. Now I'm worried. Any idea? I'm 20, relatively healthy, 130lbs.

Hello,

There are different possible reasons as
- A clot in the urinary bladder after surgery obstructing urinal way
- Catheter-induced inflammation at prostatic urethra
- Urinary bladder inflammation and others.

In our clinic, above urine microscopy, we recommend an ultrasound of the
abdomen and pelvis for confirmation of the underlying issue and manage in
accordance with that.
