What Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Right Arm?

I have pain and some stiffness in my right arm from the elbow to the wrist. Pain when I turn my wrist along top of arm. Feels like a muscle ach but sometimes sharp pains. Pain when I use it to lift and also do computer work and pain when using the mouse.

from what you said it seems like a condition called cubital tunnel syndrome where there is a compression of one of the nerves called ulnar nerve in the elbow region, due to the activities you carry out , better try giving rest to the hand avoidind computer and mouse usage and use splint during nights when sleeping
