What Causes Pain And Stiffness On Right Side Of Neck?

I have been having pain and stiffness, on the right side of my neck, running along my jugular vein. This spot also tends to tighten and feel like it s bulging at times. Also, I get burning pain in two quarter sized spots at the base of my skull about and 1 -1 1/2 away from my spine.

itis probably cervical spondylosis. radiating pain from spine. use neck color ,hard bed, no pillow at bed time.apply hot phomantation at neck and iodex ointment. take tablet combiflam thrice daily after food.
