Have you started your workout recently or you have been doing it regularly for a long time? Considering your age, people at this age should be careful before starting an exercise programme as there is increased risk of fractures, cramps, sprains or dislocation of bones due to advanced age. Its best to do safe forms of exercise especially if you have not been active for a long time. Suddenly increasing your activity levels by working out in the gym where most of the exercises are moderate to high intensity can prove harmful. Hope I have answered your query satisfactorily. If you need more advice, then you can get back to me. I will be glad to help you. Rest well to allow healing. Take care.
