What Causes Pain And Swelling From The Elbow To The Fingers?

I’ve been experiencing pain and swelling from my elbow to my fingers and tingling in my fingers. I haven’t been able to sleep due to this what can I do? I’ve tried the epsom salt and hot water, been doing the excercises for the hands I’ve put ice packs and I am not a pill popper but I have taken ibuprofen for pain what else is there to do?
