What Causes Pain And Swelling In Broken Toes?

I broke (I think) a few years ago two of my toes. Recently however, it started being painful, and feeling like there was a big rock in my shoe. Rest helps, but if I am on my feet a lot, it does swell at the base of these two toes. This is the second and third toes and the two when standing spread out.

hello
If i would be yoyr treating doctor i would suggest you to go for x ray to rule out fracture.
If x ray is normal than start with
Tab Rasnadi guggulu 1 tab 2-3 times a day decreases swelling & pain.
As this is prescription medicine consult to local doctor or orthopedic surgeon.
