What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Armpit?

Yes, my wife had a sudden pain uner her left armpit and it is alos swollen. She says she feels fatigued and dizzy. This started last evening and was all of a sudden. She was better this morning bus as I mentioned now has a fever along with the sore armpit.
