General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It can be due to minor contusion or thin fracture that may not be visible in X-rays.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac and apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get an X-ray done for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
