What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Shoulder While Suffering From A Pinched Nerve?

I have a pinched nerve pain on my clavical shoulder socket area and its a it swollen. I have extreme nerve pain from the top of my shoulder down to my fingers and getting worse. I cannot sleep on it because I will not be able to move my arm. What could this be?

Dear,

You have got radicular pain in the left upper limb due to nerve compression in cervical spine. Reason be disc herniation or ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by MRI of the cervical spine. MRI is highly sensitive and specific for diagnosis of spine pathology. Please get it done from radiology center nearby you. Meanwhile start tab Pregalin one at bedtime. You need to consult neurophysician for detailed clinical Examination.
