thanks, I have pain in the back of my head from behind my right ear heading down my neck. Not brutal pain, just there. Very tender to the touch. 3 options was wondering what you thought. Pulled muscle from playing hockey this weekend. It hurt right away after crashing into the boards. 2 bug bite about a week ago or. 3 symptom from donating blood?

You should know that your symptoms could be related to tension type headache, probably related to your physical exertion during Hockey.
There is nothing to worry about!
I would just recommend using acetaminophen. A cervical spine X ray study would help exclude a bulging disk.
